Make sure the fuel tanks contain these fuel quantities:
(a)
The center wing tank and the No. 2 and 3 reserve tank can contain some quantity of fuel.
(b)
The inboard and outboard main tanks: 1) each contain a minimum of 2500 lbs (1200 kgs) of fuel (enough fuel to operate the boost pumps)
2) are not completely full (to allow for fuel transfer between tanks).

(4) If the fuel quantity is not sufficient, refuel the tank(s) (AMM 12-11-01/301), or move fuel from a different tank (AMM 28-26-00/201) if it is necessary.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LEADING
_______ EDGE AND TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
