Fuel-Feed System serviceable.
(b)
A specific fuel quantity is not necessary for this task.
(c)
Fire Detection System serviceable (AMM 26-10-00/501).
(d)
Fuel System Card File serviceable (AMM 28-22-16/401).
(e)
Integrated Display System (IDS) serviceable (AMM 31-61-00/501).
(f)
Airplane must be in the ground mode (AMM 32-09-02/201).
(g)
CDU installed (AMM 34-61-02/401).
(h)
Central Maintenance Computer (CMC) serviceable (AMM 45-10-00/201).

Prepare for the Test

(1)
Supply the electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(2)
Make sure the airplane is in the ground mode (the airplane is not jacked and the targets are not installed) (AMM 32-09-02/201).

(3)
Make sure all of these switches on the fuel management control module, M154 (pilots' overhead panel, P5) are in the off position:
(a)
Boost pumps and override/jettison pumps (the white ON indication light in each switch does not show).
(b)
Fuel crossfeed valves (the flowbar indication in each switch does not show).

(4) Make sure all the FUEL CONTROL switches on the control stand are set to the CUTOFF position.

WARNING:_______ OPEN THE APPLICABLE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE ENGINE IGNITION
BEFORE YOU OPEN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE ENGINE FUEL CONTROL
VALVE. AN AUTOMATIC FIRING OF THE IGNITER PLUGS WILL OCCUR
WHEN:
- THE FLAPS ARE OUT OF THE ZERO DETENT
- THE NACELLE ANTI-ICE IS ON
- THE CON IGNITION SWITCH IS SET TO "ON"
- OR THE ENGINE START SWITCH IS PULLED TO "ON".
FUEL THAT IS NOT BURNED IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER CAN IGNITE
AND CAUSE AN INTERNAL ENGINE OR TAILPIPE FIRE. THIS CAN CAUSE
INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
(5)
Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
