 REFUEL CONTROL PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains two tasks. The first task removes the refuel control panel, P42. The second task installs the refuel control panel.
 B.  The refuel control panel is found outboard of the refuel station on the left wing. To get to the refuel control panel, you must open access door 521CB.
 C.  After the installation, it is necessary to refuel the airplane to make sure the refuel control panel operates correctly.
 D.  When you extend the leading edge flaps, install the safety locks.

_______ EDGE AND TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
