Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the mating surfaces of the bracket and door stop fitting.
(d)
Put the bracket in the correct position on the door stop fitting.
(e)
Install the screw and nut.
(f)
Wipe off any excess adhesive.
(g)
Align the magnetic actuator and the fueling control switch (View A-A).
(h)
The cure time for the adhesive is 16 hours at 77° F (25° C).
NOTE: Curing time can be accelerated by the application of
____ heat not to exceed 140° F (60° C) at the bondline. As a general rule, the cure time will be cut by 50% for each 20° F (11° C) rise in temperature. Temperatures below 75° F (24° C) will greatly increase the cure time.
E. Do a Test of the Operation of the Fueling Power Control Switch

Supply electrical power, if not done (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a)
On the DC power distribution panel, P180:
1) 180C25, FUELING LTS PANEL
2) 180C26, FUELING LTS RECP
3) 180M9, FUELING PWR - HOT BAT
(b)
On the left power distribution center, P414:
1) 414F22, FUELING PWR

Move the access door for the refuel control panel to the fully open position.

(4)
Make sure the control panel floodlights are on when the door is in the fully open position.

(1) Close the access door for the refuel control panel 521CB.
S 094-017 WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN AMM 27-81-00/201 TO REMOVE THE SAFETY
_______ LOCKS. THE FLAPS QUICKLY RETRACT IN 7 SECONDS AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.

Remove the safety locks from the leading edge flaps, if they are installed (AMM 27-81-00/201).

FUELING POWER TRANSFER RELAY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains instructions to remove and install the fueling power transfer relay R4. The fueling power transfer relay will be referred to as the relay in this procedure.
B. The relay is installed in the P180 DC Power Distribution Panel.
