Procedure

 (1)  
Put a cord or stiff wire in the conduit (1) to pull the wiring from the rear spar to the main tank boost pump.

 (2)  
Put the conduit (1) into position and make sure the cord or stiff wire extends through the conduit at the rear spar and at the main fuel tank boost pump.

 (a)  
If it is necessary, install the packing (15), rings (14), retainers (16) and coupling nuts (17,18) to connect the two pieces of conduit (1).

 (3)  Install the conduit (1) on the rear spar with the washer (8), new
 o-ring (7) and wiggins fitting (6).

 (4)  Install the clamp (2) onto the conduit with the screw (3), washer
 (4) and nut (5).

 (5)  Clean tubing bonding surfaces and the structure at the hole where
 the bonding jumper is installed.

 (6)  Install the clamp (13) for the bonding jumper (9).

 (7)  Install the bonding jumper (9).

 (8)  Install the washers (10), screw (12) and nut (11).

 (9)  Do a check of the bonding resistance between tubing and structure
 (SWPM 20-20-00).
 NOTE:____ Bonding resistance should not exceed 0.010 ohm.

 Attach the wiring to the cord or stiff wire and pull the wiring through the conduit to the main tank boost pump.

 Make sure both teflon sleeves for the main tank boost pump wiring are visible.

 Install the wire bundle clamp.

Make sure the two sleeves go through the clamp.

Install the applicable boost pump access door, 545CB or 645CB.

Install the applicable boost pump access door, 545DB or 645DB.

Close the applicable access panel 572GB/672GB (AMM 06-09-08/201).

Activate the Inboard Trailing Edge Flaps (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (6)  
Close the applicable circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
