(3) Connect the leads for the fueling power control switch to the airplane leads.

(4) Make sure the magnetic actuator is installed on the bracket attached to the door stop fitting.

(5) If the magnetic actuator is not there, install a new magnetic actuator (View A-A): (a) Clean the mating surfaces of the magnetic actuator and the bracket (AMM 20-11-14/701). (b) Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the mating surfaces of the magnetic actuator and the bracket. (c) Put the magnetic actuator in the correct position on the bracket.
(d) (e) (f) (g) Install the screw and nut (two locations).Wipe off any excess adhesive.Align the magnetic actuator and the fueling control switch (View A-A).The cure time for the adhesive is 16 hours at 77° F (25° C).
NOTE:____ Curing time can be accelerated by the application of heat not to exceed 140° F (60° C) at the bondline. As a general rule, the cure time will be cut by 50% for each 20° F (11° C) rise in temperature. Temperatures below 75° F (24° C) will greatly increase the cure time.
