 (3)  S 865-033Make sure the manual defueling valves are closed.
 (4)  S 655-034Disconnect the fueling nozzles from the fueling receptacles.
 (5)  S 435-083Install the receptacle caps.
 (6)  S 415-035Close the refuel station access doors, 521BB and 621BB.
 (7)  S 415-084Close the access door, 521CB, for the control panel.
 (8)  S 945-036Disconnect the bonding cable that you connected from the airplane to the fueling vehicle.
 (9)  S 095-180Disconnect the grounding cable for the fueling vehicle and other fuel equipment used for tank maintenance from the approved and identified static ground if no more maintenance is necessary.

 (10) If you extended the leading edge flaps, do these safety procedures to retract them:
 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO
_______ REMOVE THE LE FLAP SAFETY LOCKS. THE LE FLAPS CAN MOVE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE SAFETY LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (a)  Remove the safety locks from the leading edge flaps (AMM 27-81-00/201).

 WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE
 AND TE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE
 FLAP CONTROL LEVER.  WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE
 FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU
 MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.  THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO

 PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Retract the leading edge flaps (AMM 27-81-00/201). S 865-038

 Remove the electrical power, if it is not necessary for other tasks (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 S 016-002
 (1)  
Open the applicable pressure refuel station access door, 521BB or 621BB.

 (2)  
Remove the refuel receptacle cap(s).

 (3)  
Make sure the flange of the adapter is in these limits:

 S 016-003
 S 756-004
 NOTE: Use of the wear gauge is recommended to measure these limits

 (a)  The thickness of the three lugs of the flange is more than
 0.224 inch (View D).
 (b)  The width of the three lugs of the flange is more than 0.425 inch (View D).
