You must disconnect the fuel line for the manual defuel valve from the receptacle when you remove the outboard refuel receptacle.

(4) Hold the refuel receptacle on the spar.

(5) Put the washer, the bonding jumper terminal, and the second washer
on the bolt that attaches the refuel receptacle to the spar.
NOTE:____ Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Attach the bolt and the bonding jumper to the refuel receptacle (AMM 20-11-15/401).

Install and symmetrically tighten the remaining bolts and the washers that attach the refuel receptacle to the spar.
