Prepare to Remove the Main Gear Shock Strut
 S 844-002
 (1)  
Make sure that the ground lockpins (AMM 32-00-01/201) are installed.

 S 844-003

 (2)  
Remove the pressure from the hydraulic systems A and B (Refer to Chapter 29).

 S 844-004

 (3)  
Operate the brakes eight times to remove the pressure from the brake accumulator.

 (4)  
Open all the circuit breakers of the landing gear on the P6 panel.

 S 014-006

 (5)  
Remove the hydraulic access panel 8401 on the left or 8501 on the right bottom of the wing.

 (6)  
Remove the main gear shock strut doors (AMM 32-13-11/401).
