 B.  Three of the switches (M987 LEFT GEAR DOWN AND LOCK SWITCH, M981 RIGHT GEAR DOWN AND LOCK SWITCH, and M1214 NOSE GEAR DOWN SWITCH) receive input from the left main gear, right main gear, and nose gear down lock sensors respectively. The switches close to turn on the green gear down lights above the landing gear control lever on the P2 panel. At the same time, the switches signal the red light solid state switches to open, provided other input conditions have been met.

 D.  Two red light switches (M986 MAIN GEAR RED LIGHT and M983 NOSE GEAR RED LIGHT AND TAKE OFF WARNING) receive inputs from the landing gear up and down lock switches, landing gear lever position sensors, and aural warning, and will open and close to turn on or turn off the red gear position lights above the landing gear lever on the P2 panel. Relay R374 operates in conjunction with the NOSE GEAR RED LIGHT AND TAKE OFF WARNING card to allow for proper sequencing of the circuit card inputs. Three red lights for gear travel, located on the P2 panel, are wired to turn on individually to identify which gear is in travel or has failed to lock into the commanded position.

 A.  The Flap Load Limiter System in the E11 Card File is comprised of the M1452 and M1453 cards. M1452 is a power supply that provides 5, 12 and -12 vdc outputs from a single 28 vdc input. M1453 is a ARINC 429 receiver that decodes ARINC data (computed airspeed) and controls a single discrete output in response to the input data.
Aural Warning Logic

 A.  The AURAL WARNING LOGIC card receives input from the landing gear down and locked switches, throttle lever position sensors, and flap position sensors. The card sounds an aural warning horn and will turn on the corresponding red gear light for any landing gear not down and locked when the airplane is in configuration for final approach.
