(3) Put the airplane in its usual condition if you are done with the tests.
NOTE: You can continue with more tests if it is necessary.

(a)
On the tester, set the POWER switch to OFF.
(b)
Remove proximity card from the adapter cable.
(c)
Install the circuit card in the landing gear logic shelf (Ref 32-09-20/401).

Monitor the Proximity Card and Sensor

(1)
Prepare to monitor.
(a)
Remove the applicable circuit card from the landing gear logic shelf (Ref 32-09-20/401).
(b)
Install the proximity card in the test adapter cable, J9.
(c)
Connect the adapter cable to INTERFACE port, J1.
(d)
Disconnect the applicable electrical connector for the sensor being tested.
NOTE: To find the applicable connector, you can use the WDM to
____ find the connector nearest the sensor being tested. It can be at the wheel well wall, strut bracket, or other location where it is easy to get access.
(e)
Install jumpers between the sensor leads and the INTERFACE terminals on the tester.
(f)
On the tester, set the component SELECTOR switch to BOTH

Do the test.
(a)
On the tester, set the POWER switch ON.
1) Make sure the SENSOR MONITOR lights show the current status (TRAGET NEAR or FAR) of the sensor for the test.

2) Change the configuration of the sensor and its target from near to far or far to near as it is necessary. 3) Make sure the SENSOR MONITOR lights show the current status (TARGET NEAR or FAR) of the sensor for the test.

Put the airplane in its usual condition.
(a)
On the tester, set the POWER switch to OFF.
(b)
Remove proximity card from the adapter cable.
(c)
Install the circuit card in the landing gear logic shelf (Ref 32-09-20/401).
(d)
Remove the jumpers from the sensor connector.
(e)
Install the connector for the sensor.

Put the Airplane in Its Usual Condition

Make sure all the test equipment is removed from the airplane.
(2)
Remove electrical power, if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).

LANDING GEAR LOGIC SHELF (E11) PRINTED CIRCUIT CARDS -

1. General_______
A. This procedure has four tasks:
(1)
Printed-Circuit Cards - Removal
(2)
Printed-Circuit Cards - Installation
(3)
Printed-Circuit Cards - Test
(4)
Latching Relay (Nose Gear) - Test
B.
If you replace the entire E11 shelf, do the tests for all of the circuit cards in the E11 shelf.
C.
The landing gear logic shelf is in the right side frame in the radar bay. Printed-circuit cards for control of systems that use landing gear position signals are installed in the landing gear logic shelf.
D.
You can replace a printed-circuit card to correct a system malfunction. If replacement does not correct the problem, replace and test the related landing gear component.
