(4) Attach a pull-line to the sensor wires.
NOTE: The pull-line will help you pull the wires for the new
____ sensor through the flexible conduit during installation. Make sure the line is longer than the length of the flexible conduit. You can attach something to the free end of the pull-line to stop the line at the end of the conduit.

(1) S 424-014Install the sensor on the bracket on the shock strut steering collar.
(2) S 494-012Twist the sensor wires together and attach the line (used during the removal procedure) to the wires.
(3) S 434-021Connect the sensor wires: (a) Carefully pull the wires through the conduit and remove the line from the wires. (b) Connect the sensor wires to the splices SP3168 and SP3166. (c) Connect the third wire (yellow) to the to ground location.
