 (d)  Remove electrical power, if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).
 Q.  Test for the M1214 Circuit Card (Nose Gear Down Switch)_______________________________
 S 844-065
 (1)  
Prepare to do the test:

 (a)  
Make sure the ground locks are installed on all the gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

 (b)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (c)  
Make sure this circuit breaker is closed on the P6 panel: 1) LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS

 (2)  
Do a test of the M1214 circuit card:

 (a)  
Move the landing gear lever to the DN position.

 1)  Make sure the green light for the nose gear (on the P2 Panel) is on and the red light is off.

 (b)  
Put a deactuator bar on the nose gear down sensor S845, above the nose gear left trunnion pin. 1) Make sure the green light for the nose gear goes off. 2) Make sure the red light for the nose gear stays off.

 (c)  
Remove the deactuator bar from sensor S845.

 (3)  
Put the airplane in its initial condition.

 (a)  
Remove electrical power, if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).


 R.  Test for the M1215 Circuit Card (Nose Gear Lock Switch)_______________________________
 S 844-071
 (1)  
Prepare to do the test:

 (a)  
Make sure the ground locks are installed on all the gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

 (b)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (c)  
Make sure this circuit breaker is closed on the P6 panel: 1) LDG GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS

 (d)  
Move the landing gear lever to the DN position.

 1)  Make sure the green light for the nose gear (on the P2 Panel) is on and the red light is off.

 (e)  
Put a deactuator bar over the nose gear lock sensor, S846 above the nose gear lock brace.

 (f)  
Make sure the green light for the nose gear goes off and red light comes on.

 (g)  
Remove the deactuator from the nose gear lock sensor S846.


 1)  Make sure the red light for the nose gear goes off and green light comes on.

Put the airplane in its initial condition.

 S.  Test for the M1452 and M1453 Circuit Cards (Flap Load Limiter System)__________________________________________

 (1)  
Prepare for the test:

 (a)  
Make sure the ground locks are installed on all the gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

 (b)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (c)  
Supply hydraulic power to systems A and B (AMM 29-15-00/201).

 (d)  
Make sure these circuit breakers are closed on the P6 panel: 1) LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS 2) FLAP LOAD RELIEF 3) ADC #1, 115 VAC 4) ADC #1, 26VAC

 (2)  
Do a test of the M1452 and 1453 circuit cards:

 (a)  
Move the flap lever to the 40 unit position.

 (b)  
Put the test switch for the flap load limiter to the SYSTEM TEST position and hold it in this position.


 NOTE: This test switch is on the Equipment Bay Light Panel.
____
 1) Make sure the flaps do not retract.
 (c)  
Push the test switch on the left ADC. 1) Make sure the flaps retract to the 30 unit position. 2) Make sure the flap load relief light (L814) comes on. 3) Make sure the flap load limiter test light (L558) does not

 come on.

 (d)  
Release the flap load limiter test switch. 1) Make sure the flaps go back to the 40 unit position. 2) Make sure the flap load relief light (L814) goes off.
