 (e)  
Set the test switch on the left ADC to the normal position.

 (f)  
Move the flap lever to the 30 unit position. 1) Make sure the flaps retract to the 30 unit position.

 (g)  
Set the test switch for the flap load limiter to the SYSTEM TEST position and hold it in this position. 1) Make sure the test light comes on. 2) Make sure the flaps do not retract.

 (h)  
Press the ground sensing and air sensing test switches on the E11 module at the same time to put the airplane in the AIR mode. 1) Make sure the test light goes off

 (3)  
Put the airplane in its initial condition.

 (a)  
Put the airplane in the ground mode.

 (b)  
Move the flap lever to the UP position.

 (c)  
Remove pressure from hydraulic system A and B, if it is not necessary (AMM 29-15-00/201).

 (d)  
Remove electrical power, if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 A. Special Tools and Equipment
 (1)  
Deactuator bars for the proximity sensors:

 (a)  
Material: 5052, 6061, 7075, or 2024 aluminum or sheet copper

 (b)  
Size: For rectangular sensors - 1.5 x 0.75 x 0.05 inches thick For round sensors - 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.05 inches thick

 D.  Test for the R374 Nose Gear Latching Relay.
 S 844-081
 (1)  
Prepare for the test:

 (a)  
Make sure the ground locks are installed on all the gear (AMM 32-00-01/201).

 (b)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (c)  
Make sure these circuit breakers are closed on the P6 panel: 1) LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LGT 2) AURAL WARNING

 (d)  
Do these steps to prevent the sound of the takeoff warning: 1) Make sure the stabilizer arrow on the middle console is in


 the green band. 2) Move the flap lever to the 15 unit position. 3) Make sure the speed brake lever is in the down position.

 (2)  
Do a test of relay R374:

 (a)  
Move the throttles to the fully forward position.

 (b)  
Move the landing gear lever to the DN position.

 1)  Make sure the green light for the nose gear (on the P2 Panel) is on and the red light is off.

 (c)  
Move the landing gear lever to the OFF position.

 1)  Make sure the red light for the nose gear comes on and green light stays on.

 (d)  
Put deactuator bars on nose gear lock sensor S846, and on nose gear down sensor S845.

 (e)  
Remove the deactuator bar from the nose gear lock sensor S846.

 (f)  
Make sure the red light for the nose gear goes off.

 (g)  
Move one of the two throttles to the idle position. 1) Make sure the red light for the nose gear comes on. 2) Make sure you hear the aural warning continuously.

 (h)  
Remove the deactuator bar from sensor S845.

 (3)  
Put the airplane in its initial condition.

 (a)  
Move the two throttles to the idle position.
