A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3)
Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5)
Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6)
Make sure that the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR are open (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7)
Make sure that the LIGHT SW 11LJ is set in the ON position.
(8)
Make sure that the LT connector P10 is disconnected from the ignition exciter.

A. Installation of the Igniter Lead
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking cap and connect the igniter lead (2) to the igniter plug (3) and the ignition unit (4).
(4)
TORQUE the igniter lead connector (2) to 0.4 m.daN (35.39 lbf.in).
(5)
Remove the blanking cap and connect the electrical connector (1). Subtask 49-41-43-865-060

Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) closed:
1KD, 2KD.
