Remove the filter element (3) from the fuel filter housing (4). Discard the element (3) and the packing (2).

Tip the residual fuel from the housing into the container.

Remove and discard packing (1).

Filter Preperation
(1)
Examine the fuel filter housing (4) for damage.
(2)
Lubricate the new packing (2) and packing (1) with FUELS (Material No. 01-002) or FUELS (Material No. 01-003).
(3)
Install the new packing (4) on the new filter element (3).
(4)
Install the new packing (1) in the filter orifice of the fuel control unit.
(5)
Locate the new filter element (3) on the filter port of the fuel control unit.
(6)
Install the fuel filter housing (4) on the fuel control unit. NOTE : The filter housing (4) should be turned clockwise until it is
