On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.

Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.

Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(6)
Make sure that the APU access doors are open (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).

Make sure that the LIGHT SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.

A. Installation of the Flow Divider
CAUTION : YOU MUST USE TWO WRENCHES AND HOLD THE COMPONENT WHEN YOU
_______ REMOVE/INSTALL THE PIPE COUPLINGS AND/OR UNIONS. THIS PREVENTS DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT.
CAUTION : -YOU MUST NOT INCREASE THE TIGHTENING TORQUE MORE THAN THE
_______ MAXIMUM VALUE. -APPLY ALL TIGHTENING TORQUES WITH A TORQUE WRENCH OR A CALIBRATED SCREWDRIVER.
(1)
Remove the blanking caps from the flow divider (1).
(2)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(4)
Lubricate the new O-rings (3) with OILS (Material No. 03-002).
(5)
Install the new O-ring (3) on the union (7).
(6)
Install the union (7) into the solenoid on side nearest the master key.
(7)
TORQUE the union (7) to 1.59 m.daN (11.72 lbf.ft)
(8)
Install the nut (2), the O-ring (3) and the retainer ring (4) on the flow divider (1).

(9) Install the flow divider (1) into the solenoid (9) on the side furthest from the master key.
(10)
Put the flow divider (1) and solenoid (9) in position on the APU.
(11)
Install the clamp (10) and the bolt (12).
(12)
TORQUE the bolt (12) to 0.57 m.daN (50.44 lbf.in).

Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(14)
Connect the secondary manifold fuel pipe (8) to the union (7).
(15)
Loosely connect the primary manifold fuel pipe (14) to the flow divider (1).
(16)
Loosely connect the main fuel feed pipe (15) to the flow divider (1).
(17)
Hold the flow divider (1) in position and tighten the nut (2).
(18)
TORQUE the nut (2) to 1.14 m.daN (100.88 lbf.in).
(19)
Tighten the primary manifold fuel pipe (14).
(20)
TORQUE the primary manifold fuel pipe (14) to 1.14 m.daN (100.88 lbf.in).
(21)
Tighten the main fuel feed pipe (15) and the secondary manifold fuel pipe (8).
(22)
TORQUE the secondary manifold fuel pipe (8) and main fuel feed pipe
(15) to 1.14 m.daN (100.88 lbf.in).

Install the bonding lead (6) on the solenoid (9) with the bolt (16) and the nut (5).

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(25)
