C. Get Access
(1)
Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(2)
Make sure that the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR are open (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Make sure that the light SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
4. Procedure

A. Install the Fuel Nozzles and Manifold.
NOTE : Make sure that the alignment hole in the nozzle shroud is
____ correctly aligned over the location pin on the fuel nozzle.
(1)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-014) to the bolt threads (6).
(2)
Install the seal (8), the shroud (7), the nozzle (5) and the bolts
(6) in the APU turbine housing.
(3)
TORQUE the bolts (6) to between 0.68 and 0.71 m.daN (60.17 and 62.83 lbf.in).
(4)
Safety the bolts (6) with lockwire-corrosion resistant steel 0.8mm (0.032in) dia.
(5)
Remove the blanking plugs from the manifold and fuel nozzles.
(6)
Install the manifold (8020KM) (3) and (8021KM) (4) to the fuel nozzle (5).
(7)
TORQUE the nuts to between 0.85 and 0.90 m.daN (75.22 and 79.64 lbf.in).
(8)
Install the fuel supply lines (1) and (2) to the fuel-flow divider and drain-valve assy (8023KM).
(9)
TORQUE the nuts to between 1.13 and 1.36 m.daN (99.99 and 120.35 lbf.in).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD

C. Leak Test
(1)
Start and operate the APU for a minimum of five minutes (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-003).
(2)
Examine the fuel nozzles and manifolds for signs of fuel leakage. NOTE : No leaks are permitted.

5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 49-31-41-860-055
B.
Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
