(b)
Remove the elbow (11), the nut (12), the ring (13), and the packing (14) from the drain outlet (15). 1) Discard the packing (14) and the ring (13).
(c)
Disconnect the fuel supply tube (6) from the nipple (5).
(d)
Remove the nipple (5) and the packing (4) from the fuel supply port (7). 1) Discard the packing (4).
(e)
Disconnect the P3 electrical connector (8) from the filter bypass indicator (9).
(f)
Remove the nuts (17) and the bracket (18) from the fuel pump (16).
NOTE: You can leave the electrical connectors attached to
____
the bracket.
(g)
Move the bracket (18) to one side.
(h)
Install the nuts (17) on the fuel pump (16). 1) Tighten the nuts (17) to 90-100 pound-inches (10-11 N.m).
(i)
Remove the nuts (1), the washers (2), and the bracket that attach the fuel pump (16) to the accessory gearbox.
(j)
Remove the fuel pump (16).

(3) Install caps and plugs on the tubes, the connectors, and the openings to prevent contamination.
