Drain the oil from the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5) into the oil container.
(h)
Remove the two transfer tubes (1), (10) and four packings (2), (11). 1) Discard the four packings (2), (11).
(i)
Make sure you install all necessary protection covers.
(j)
Remove the fuel and oil containers.

Do these steps to install the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5):
(a)
Lubricate the four new packings (2), (11) with a light coat of oil.
(b)
Install the four packings (2), (11) on the two transfer tubes (1), (10).

Install the two transfer tubes (1), (10) in the inlet and outlet ports of the oil sensor housing.
(d)
While you install the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5) on the oil sensor housing, make sure the two transfer tubes (1), (10) are installed in the correct positions on the oil sensor housing.
(e)
Install the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5) on the oil sensor housing with the three washers (3) and three nuts (4). 1) Tighten the three nuts (4) to 32-36 inch-pounds (3.6-4.1
newton-meters).
(f)
Lubricate the two new packings (6) with a light coat of fuel.
(g)
Install the two packings (6) on the two tube nipples (7).
(h)
Install the two tube nipples (7) in the inlet and outlet ports of the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5). 1) Tighten the two tube nipples (7) to 110-120 inch-pounds
(12.4-13.6 newton-meters).
(i)
Connect the fuel supply tube (9) to the inlet port and fuel return tube (8) to the outlet port of the fuel-cooled oil cooler (5). 1) Tighten the two coupling nuts on the fuel supply tube (9)
and fuel return tube (8) to 270-300 inch-pounds (30.5-33.9 newton-meters).

Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from the APU control switch on the P5 overhead panel.
