PNEU AVAIL - (ON or OFF) The PNEU AVAIL display will show ON after the APU is at full speed. When the APU is off, not at full speed, or the inlet guide vanes (IGV) have a problem, the PNEU AVAIL display will show OFF.

 (9)  
ELEC AVAIL - (ON or OFF) The ELEC AVAIL display will show ON after the APU is at full speed. When the APU is off or not at full speed, the ELEC AVAIL display will show OFF.

 OP MODE - (MIN, DPZ, ADP, ECS, FLIGHT, or MES) The OP MODE display shows the current pneumatic load. There are six modes that give the pneumatic load. If there is more than one pneumatic load, the OP MODE display will show the mode with the highest pneumatic load. The six pneumatic loads from the lowest to the highest are as follows:

 (a)  
The MIN mode is a minimum load. This occurs when the APU bleed VALVE switch on the P5 panel is in the closed position.

 (b)  
The DPZ mode is duct pressurization. This occurs when the APU bleed VALVE switch on the P5 panel is in the ON position with no pneumatic load.

 (c)  
In the ADP mode, the APU supplies air to the air driven pump.

 (d)  
When the APU is used to supply air to the environmental control system (ECS), the OP MODE display will show ECS and the number of packs that are on.

 (e)  
When the airplane is in the air, the OP MODE display will show FLIGHT.

 (f)  
When you use the APU for a main engine start, the OP MODE display will show MES.

 OIL PRESS - (NORM or LOW) The OIL PRESS display shows the position of the low oil pressure switch. When the oil pressure is correct, the OIL PRESS display will show NORM. If there is low oil pressure, the OIL PRESS display will show LOW.

 FAN VALVE - (OPEN or CLOSED) The FAN VALVE display shows the position of the low oil pressure switch.

 (13)
 SERIAL NO The SERIAL NO display shows the APUs serial number. The serial number comes from the serial number identification unit.

 (14)
 OPER HOURS The OPER HOURS display shows the total number of hours the APU operated.

 (15)
 APU STARTS The APU STARTS display shows the total number of starts for the APU.

 (16)
 OIL QTY The OIL QTY display shows the remaining APU oil as a percent of the maximum quantity of oil.

 (17)
 OIL TEMP The OIL TEMP display shows the temperature of the oil in °C.

 FMU CMD/POS The first number in the FMU CMS/POS display shows the number of steps the APUC tells the fuel metering unit (FMU) to open. The second number shows how many steps the FMU is open. During usual operation, the difference between the two numbers must be less than five.

 (19)
 INLET PRES The INLET PRES display shows the inlet air pressure in PSIA. The P10 sensor reads the inlet air pressure.

 (20)
 INLET TEMP The INLET TEMP display shows the inlet air temperature in °C. The T10 sensor reads the inlet air temperature.

 (21)
 L/C INLET TEMP The L/C INLET TEMP display shows the temperature of the air that goes into the load compressor in °C. The T12 sensor reads the temperature of the air that goes into the load compresssor.

 (22)
 L/C EXIT TEMP The L/C EXIT TEMP display shows the temperature of the air that goes out of the load compressor in °C. The T13 sensor reads the temperature of the air that goes out of the load compresssor.

 (23) DUCT PRESSURE - (left wing/right wing) The DUCT PRESSURE display shows the manifold pressure for the left wing and the right wing. The manifold pressure is measured in PSIA.
 NOTE: This data comes from the airplane systems, not the APUC.

 IGV CMD/POS The first number in the IGV CMS/POS display shows the percent the APUC tells the inlet guide vanes (IGV) to open. The second number shows the correct position of the IGV. The difference between the two numbers must be less than 15%.
