Open the APU access doors.
(c)
Engage the support rods for the APU access doors.

CAUTION:_______DO NOT HIT THE INLET PLENUM WITH YOUR HANDS OR TOOLS. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE INLET PLENUM. IF YOU CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE INLET PLENUM, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REPLACE IT.
(4)
Remove the T12 sensor (17).
(a)
Disconnect the P23 connector (16) from the T12 sensor (17).
(b)
Install a dust cap on the P23 connector (16).
(c)
Remove the nut from the T12 sensor (17).
(d)
Remove the T12 sensor (17).
(e)
Remove the copper gasket (18).
(f)
Discard the copper gasket (18).
