(1)
Put the sensor leads up through the hole in the top of the mounting bracket.

Put the single point sensor in its position.

(3)
Install the screws and washers (2 locations) that attach the single point sensor to the mounting bracket.

Install screws and washers (5 locations) that attach the cover bracket to the mounting bracket.

(5)
Connect the airplane and sensor leads to the posts on the terminal block with the washers and nuts.
NOTE: Connect the white wire to the HI-Z post, the green wire to
____ the HI-Z SHIELD post, and the yellow wire to the LO-Z post.

(6) Go out of the fuel tank (AMM 28-11-00/201).

(7) S 414-017Replace the applicable main fuel tank access door 544AB or 644AB (AMM 28-11-02/401).
NOTE:____ Main fuel tank access doors 544AB and 644AB are high impact resistant doors and are not interchangeable with the usual doors (AMM 28-11-02/401).
(8) S 864-018Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers: (a) P6, Main Power Distribution Panel 1) 6F6, FUEL SYS MGMT CH1 2) 6F8, FUEL SYS MGMT CH2
(9) S 744-019Do the CMCS, <SNGL PT SNSR CARD ground test (Ref. Fuel Jettison Single Point Sensor Card Ground Test) (AMM 28-31-17/501).

FUEL JETTISON SINGLE POINT SENSOR CONTROL CARD - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains instructions to remove and install the single point sensor (SPS) control card for the fuel jettison system. The single point sensor control card, referred to as the control card, is found in the fuel system card file. Access to the card file is through the left crawlway forward of the main equipment center.

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONTROL CARD BEFORE YOU DO THE PROCEDURE FOR
_______ DEVICES THAT ARE SENSITIVE TO ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE. ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CONTROL CARD.

Do the procedure for devices that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (AMM 20-41-02/201).
