Go into the outboard tank to the tank divider for the inboard and outboard tank.

Put the wire bundle in its position in the outboard tank.

Loosely attach the wire bundle with clamps in the approximate positions.
NOTE: Do not tighten clamps.

Make sure that before the wire bundle goes through electrical seal areas the remaining seal material is removed.

Clean and prepare electrical seal areas (AMM 51-31-01/201).

If the wire bundle is used for the reserve tank, put the remaining wire through the tank divider seal area.

Examine the wire bundle for critical installation point flag markers in the outboard tank.

Put the wire bundle in its position to make sure the bundle flag marker is at the correct location.

Tighten a wire bundle clamp on each side of the marker.

NOTE: Do not tighten the clamps installed on the plastic
____ stringer clips too much. These clips have screw heads encapsulated in the clip. If you tighten the wire bundle clamp too much it could break the screw head free from the clip.

(28) Do the last three again steps for the remaining wire bundle flag markers.

Move the loose wire bundle until it is equal along the wire bundle routing.

If the wire bundle is used for the outboard tank, do these steps:
(a)
Connect wire bundle terminals to the terminal block posts of the applicable tank units and compensator or densitometer (main tanks only).
NOTE: The wires have identification markers and the terminals
____ have different dimensions to prevent errors in connections.
(b)
