After a short time, look at the DENSITY GOOD/BAD indicators.

If the GOOD indicator is on, continue with the test.
(b)
If the BAD indicator is on, stop the test.
1) Put the DENSITOMETER switch to the OFF position.

(14) Turn the DENSITOMETER switch through the position R1 through R8.
NOTE: The DENSITY BAD indicator light will come on when the
____ DENSITOMETER switch is in the R1-R8 positions. This does not show that the DENSITY is BAD.
(a)
Stop for a short time at each position to see if the R1-R8 GOOD/BAD indicator lights come on.
(b)
If the BAD indicator light comes on for one or more of the switch positions stop the test. 1) Remove and replace the densitometer or repair the wire
bundle connections to the densitometer (AMM 28-41-11/401).
