FUEL JETTISON TRANSFER VALVE BODY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains instructions to remove and install the valve body of a fuel jettison transfer valve. There are different tasks for the valve bodies in the center wing tank and the inboard main tank.
B. The fuel jettison transfer valve body is referred to as the valve body in this procedure. The valve bodies are installed on the rear spar in the center wing tank and each inboard main tank.
C. Access to the valve bodies in the center wing tank is through the center wing tank access door and through spanwise beam access doors. Access to the valve bodies in the inboard main tanks is through the fuel tank access door 544AB or 644AB.
