H. Test of the Main No. 2 Aft Pump, M223, Ground Fault Detector, M7867

Make sure that the main No. 2 OVRD AFT pump switch on the fuel management module, M154, is set to the OFF position.

Make sure that L CTR and CTR R switches on M154 are set to the OFF position.

Remove the connector, DM223, from the main No. 2 aft
override/jettison pump, M223.

Make sure that the LOAD switch on test equipment G28013 is in the OFF position.

Connect DM223 to test equipment G28013.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a)
P180 DC Power Distribution Panel 1) 180E18 FUEL OVRD/JTSN PUMP CONT AFT 2 & 3
(b)
P415 Power Distribution Center - Right
1) 415A38 FUEL OVRD/JTSN PUMP AFT 2

Set the No. 2 main OVRD AFT pump switch on module M154 to the ON position.

See that the test equipment POWER PHASE ON indicator lights for phase A, B, and C come on.
(9)
Set the LOAD switch on the test equipment to the LOAD position.

See that the test equipment POWER PHASE ON indicator lights for phases A, B, and C go off.

Open these circuit breakers and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

(b)
P415 Power Distribution Center - Right
1) 415A38 FUEL OVRD/JTSN PMP AFT 2

Remove the connector, DM223, from the test equipment.

Connect DM223 to pump M223.

Test of the Center Tank Right Side Pump, M225, Ground Fault Detector, M472

Make sure the CTR R pump switch on the fuel management module, M154, is set to the OFF position.

Remove the connector, DM225, from the center tank right override/jettison pump, M225, in the wheel well of the right wing landing gear.

Make sure that the LOAD switch on test equipment G28013 is in the OFF position.
(4)
Connect DM225 to test equipment G28013.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
