(b) Open the electronics access door, 125B, to get access to the fuel quantity processor unit.
NOTE: The fuel quantity processor unit is immediately forward

(c) Open the door on the fuel quantity processor unit.

Disconnect all the electrical connectors from the fuel quantity processor unit.

Disconnect the cooling air hose from the side of the fuel quantity processor unit.

Remove the fuel quantity processor unit (AMM 20-11-22/401).

Install the fuel quantity processor unit on the E6 equipment rack (AMM 20-11-22/401).

Connect the cooling air hose to the side of the fuel quantity processor unit.

Connect all the electrical connectors to the fuel quantity processor unit.
NOTE: Make sure the connectors are in the correct location.

If the circuit cards are not installed in the new FQPU, do this task: "Fuel Quantity Processor Unit Circuit Cards Installation".

If all the circuit cards are installed in the new FQPU, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Supply electrical power, if it is not available (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(b)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) On the main power distribution panel, P6: a) 6D5, FUEL QTY 1 b) 6D6, FUEL QTY 2
2) On the DC power distribution panel, P180: a) 180M8, FUELING VALVE 2 b) 180M9, FUELING PWR - HOT BAT
