Although the capacitance check can provide system information, it is not necessary to do this test. The only test that is necessary is the CMCS ground test, <FUEL QUANTITY IND. If the ground test shows a "PASS" indication the fuel quantity indication system is operational.

On the DC power distribution panel, P180: 1) 180M9, FUELING PWR - HOT BAT 2) 180C25, FUELING LTS PANEL 3) 180C26, FUELING LTS RECP
(c)
On the left power distribution center, P414: 1) 414F22, FUELING PWR

Open the access door of the refuel control panel (521CB) until the door guide engages the detent.

Loosen the screw above the fuel quantity indicator.
(4)
Remove the fuel quantity indicator.
