NOTE: This will remove the pressure from the refuel/jettison
____ manifold. The blue indication lights for the refuel valves in the No. 2 and No. 3 main tanks will come on if the refuel/jettison manifold pressure is more than 6 psig and the refuel valve is operational.
1) If a blue indication light did not come on, it is possible that the refuel valve did not operate electrically. a) Use the manual method to open the applicable refuel
valve(s) (AMM 12-11-01/301). b) Wait for 5 minutes. c) Close the refuel valve(s) that were opened manually
(AMM 12-11-01/301).
(g)
After the blue indication lights for the refuel valves go off, wait for 5 minutes.
(h)
Put the refuel valve switches, MAIN 2 and MAIN 3, to the CLOSED position.

_______ EDGE AND TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.

FUEL JETTISON TRANSFER VALVE ACTUATOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains instructions to remove and install the actuator of a fuel jettison transfer valve. There are different tasks for the actuators in the center wing tank and the inboard main tank installations.
B. Access to the actuators is through the wheel well in the wing landing gear. No access door/panel removal is necessary.
