 F.  Fuel Jettison Single Point Sensor Card Ground Test
 S 745-106
 (1)  
Push the LSK that is adjacent to the applicable prompt (<SNGL PT SNSR CARD).

 (a)  
Push the LSK that is adjacent to START TEST>.


 NOTE: IN PROGRESS shows during the test.

 (2)  When IN PROGRESS goes out of view, look for PASS or FAIL> adjacent to the <SNGL PT SNSR CARD.
 NOTE: If a PASS indication shows, no failure occurred during the

 test.

 (a)  IF FAIL> shows: 1) Push the LSK that is adjacent to FAIL> to see the GROUND TEST MSG page for the failure. 2) Push the NEXT PAGE key until you find the GROUND TEST MSG pages. 3) Make a list of all CMCS messages, CMCS message numbers that show on the GROUND TEST MSG pages.
 4)  Go the the CMCS Message Index of the Fault Isolation Manual to find the corrective action for each CMCS message.
 G.  Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

 (1)  
Set the GND TESTS switch to the NORM position.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 5.  Fuel Jettison Nozzle Valve - Operational Test

 A.  General
 (1)  
This task does an operational test of the fuel jettison nozzle valves.

 (2)  
Before the nozzle valves are opened, make sure the refuel/jettison manifold is not pressurized. The refuel/jettison manifold is pressurized during a refuel, defuel or fuel transfer operation.

 (3)  
The time for the manifold drains in the inboard main tanks to bleed the pressure from the refuel/jettison manifold is 1.5 hours.

 (4)  
It is recommended that this procedure be done a minimum of 1.5 hours after a refuel, defuel or transfer operation to make sure there is not pressure in the refuel/jettison manifold.

 (5)  
As an alternate procedure to quickly remove the pressure from the refuel/jettison manifold, the No. 2 and No. 3 main tank refuel valves can be opened. Make sure the No. 2 and No. 3 main tanks are not full (at VTO) and that the refuel valves operate correctly (the valves open).

 (a)  
If the No. 2 and No. 3 main tank refuel valves are not used, any refuel valve that operates can be used to remove the pressure from the refuel/jettison manifold.
