OPEN IDLE CONT CIRCUIT 2 REPAIR/REPLACE ELECTRICAL BREAKER ON PANEL P6. DISCON-WIRING BETWEEN CIRCUIT BREAKER NECT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR PANEL P6 AND IDLE RESET D3016 FROM IDLE RESET SOLE-SOLENOID (WDM 73-23-11). NOID. IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES,
CLOSE IDLE CONT CIRCUIT REPLACE THE MEC (73-21-01). BREAKER. MEASURE THE VOLTAGE BETWEEN PINS 2 AND 4.
IS THE VOLTAGE í21.5V?
YES
3 REPLACE IDLE RESET SOLENOID (73-21-03).
IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES, REPLACE THE MEC (73-21-01).

POWER PLANT - TROUBLE SHOOTING (POWER AND ENGINE RESPONSE)

1. General
_______
A. This section provides trouble shooting charts for engine operation faults occurring at above idle power levels. Above idle faults not covered in this section include Surge (71-00-43), Bird Strike/FOD (71-00-47), and High Vibration Indication (71-00-47).
B. If the fault is not found when you use this trouble-shooting procedure, it is recommended you do Test No. 12, Engine Run Diagnostic Test (AMM 71-00-00/501), to find additional data to help you correct the problem.
