THRUST STOP ON THE MEC BEFORE THE FORWARD
THRUST LEVER TOUCHES THE CONTROL STAND FOR-
THRUST CONTROL WARD STOP.
SYSTEM HAS DECREASED THE ENGINE GOES TO IDLE POWER WHEN THE THRUST.
MOTION LEVER IS MOVED TO THE IDLE POSTIION.

THRUST LEVER DOES NOT MOVE DURING AUTOTHROTTLE OPERATION
1 DO THE BITE TEST OF THE
AUTOTHROTTLE COMPUTER AND
MAKE A CHECK OF THE FLIGHT
FAULTS (AMM 22-04-00/101 OR
AMM 22-04-10/101 FOR EFIS).

DURING AUTOTHROTTLE OPERATION, ASYMMETRIC THROTTLE SETTING COULD OCCUR IF THE THRUST REVERSER DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY. THE REASONS FOR THIS COULD BE: . TOO MUCH FRICTION IN THE FORWARD THROTTLE-
CONTROL CABLE-LOOP THAT HOLDS THE TORQUE SWITCH IN THE OPEN POSITION. THIS CAUSES THE SYSTEM TO OPERATE AS IF THE AUTOTHROTTLE IS OVERRIDDEN BY THE PILOT
. A FAILED TORQUE SWITCH THAT COULD CAUSE THE SWITCH TO REMAIN IN THE OPEN POSITION. AS A RESULT THE SYSTEM WILL OPERATE AS IF THE AUTOTHROTTLE IS OVERRIDDEN BY THE PILOT
. AN AUTOTHROTTLE SERVO MOTOR THAT FAILS TO MOVE THE THROTTLE CABLE
. A FAILED AUTOTHROTTLE (A/T) COMPUTER THAT SENDS WRONG SIGNALS TO THE AUTOTHROTTLE SERVO MECHANISM.
FOR COMPUTERS WITH P/N 10-62017-25: THE MESSAGE "FWD LOOP-TORQ SW OPEN" IS GIVEN WHEN A TORQUE SWITCH IS OPEN FOR MORE THAN TEN SECONDS DURING A FLIGHT WHILE THE OTHER IS CLOSED.
