25 EXAMINE THE CONTROL STAND FOR SIGNS OF THRUST LEVER INTERFERENCE. IF YOU FIND WEAR OR OBSTRUCTIONS, ADJUST THE THRUST LEVERS (AMM 76-11-00/501).

13 DO THE DETAILED-TEST OF THE TORQUE SWITCH: 
____ IN THIS STEP YOU MEASURE THE FORCE, APPLIED ON THE THRUST
NOTE:
LEVER, THAT IS REQUIRED TO OPEN THE TORQUE SWITCH. 
. MAKE SURE THE AUTOTHROTTLE AC/DC CIRCUIT BREAKERS ARE OPEN AND TAGGED 
. INSTALL AN OHMMETER ON PINS 1 AND 2 ON TERMINAL BLOCKS T328 AND T329, INBOARD OF THE TORQUE SWITCH MECHANISM 
. WITH NO FORCE APPLIED TO THE THRUST LEVER, MAKE SURE THE METER SHOWS THERE IS CONTINUITY, TORQUE SWITCH IS CLOSED 
. MOVE THE THRUST REVERSER SLOWLY AND MAKE SURE THE METER SHOWS THERE IS NO CONTINUITY, TORQUE SWITCH IS OPEN 
. USE A TENSION METER OR FISH SCALE AT THE FORWARD CONTROL LOOP TURNBUCKLES TO MEASURE THE FORCE 
. SLOWLY APPLY FORCE TO THE THRUST LEVER AND OBSERVE THE OHMMETER TO SHOW OPEN CIRCUIT. THE TENSION METER MUST INDICATE BETWEEN 
6.8 AND 8.2 POUNDS (30,2 N AND 36,5 N) WHEN THE OHMMETER OPENS . RELEASE THE FORCE FROM THE THRUST LEVER AND THE OHMMETER MUST INDICATE THERE IS CONTINUITY 
. DO THIS TEST SEVERAL TIMES ON "BOTH" CABLES FOR THE SAME TORQUE SWITCH 
-IS THE FORCE REQUIRED TO OPEN THE TORQUE SWITCH WITHIN THE LIMIT?
YES
14 REPLACE THE THRUST LEVER ASSEMBLY (AMM 76-11-01/401). MAKE SURE THE AUTOTHROTTLE OPERATES CORRECTLY AFTER YOU REPLACE THE THRUST LEVER ASSEMBLY.
