(1)
Do a pentrant inspection of the two bolts that attach the hangar
fitting to the two links (AMM 70-40-01/201).
S 234-015-C00
(2)
Do a pentrant inspection of the two bolts that attach the aft mount
to the turbine frame (AMM 70-40-01/201).

CAUTION: THE INSTALLATION OF THE BARRY CONTROLS ISOLATOR (PN S302A004-7)

IS NOT PERMITTED (AMM 54-42-11/201) ON AIRPLANES WITH ISOLATED
FORWARD ENGINE MOUNTS INSTALLED.
(3)
To assemble the aft engine mount, do the steps that follow:
(a)
Install a link on each end of the hangar fitting.
(b)
Align the bolt holes in the hangar fitting with the hole in the link.
(c)
Install the bolt, washers (2 locations), and nut in the hangar fitting through each link. 1) Tighten the nuts to 90-165 pound-inches (10-19 newton
meters).
(d)
Install the bolt retainers (2 locations) and nut retainer with the bolts, washers, and nuts (2 locations each). 1) Calculate the run-on torque of the nuts just before final
seating. 2) Tighten the nuts to the run-on torque plus 25-30 pound-inches (2.8-3.4 newton meters).

Install the aft engine mount on the turbine frame lugs and align the bolt holes in the lugs with the bolt holes in the mount.

Install the bolts (2 locations), washers (4 locations), and nuts (2
locations) to attach the mount to the turbine frame.
(a)
Install the bolts on the aft side of the mount.
NOTE: The bolthead points in the aft direction for the
____ correct installation of the bolt retainer.
(b) Tighten the nuts to 90-165 pound-inches (10-19 newton meters).

(6) S 434-012-C00Install the attach bolt retainers with the bolt, washer, and nut at each side. (a) Tighten the nuts to 50-80 pound-inches (5.6-9.0 newton meters).
