NOTE:AN INCORRECT START PROCEDURE (START LEVER MOVEMENT BEFORE 20% N2) OR NOT SUFFICIENT STARTER AIR PRESSURE CAN CAUSE A HOT START/ IMPENDING HOT START. IF THE HOT START/ IMPENDING HOT START WAS DUE TO A KNOWN CAUSE, TROUBLESHOOTING IS NOT NECESSARY, BUT THE EGT TIME AND TEMPERATURE MUST BE PLOTTED AND THE NECESSARY ENGINE INSPECTIONS PERFORMED. REFER TO "ENGINE OPERATIONS ABOVE LIMITS AND HIGH ENGINE STRESS INSPECTION" FOR "HOT START OF AN ENGINE" (AMM 72-00-00/601).

 

50 ADJUST THE VSV ACTUACTORS (AMM 75-31-00/501). THEN ADJUST THE VSV FEEDBACK CABLE (AMM 75-31-02/501).
