1) Apply a minimum torque of 18 pound-inches (2 Newton meters) in the direction of the bolt removal.
NOTE: Apply only the minimum torque to prevent worn

2) If you cannot get the minimum torque, replace the barrel nuts and examine the bolt for worn threads.

Tighten the nuts to 90-165 pound-inches (10-19 Newton meters).
