B. There is one wingtip strobe position light in each wingtip.
C. The window in front of each light is sealed to prevent the possible entry of fuel fumes and water. When you do this procedure, you do not remove the window. You get access to the light through the access panel on the bottom of the wingtip.

WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE LIGHT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS UNTIL THE LIGHT IS
_______ OFF FOR A MINIMUM OF FIVE MINUTES. DURING THIS TIME, YOU CAN RECEIVE AN INJURY IF YOU TOUCH THE LIGHT. THE LIGHT CAN BURN YOUR SKIN OR GIVE YOU AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK.

Do the task, Wingtip Strobe Position Light Removal, to remove the light from the wingtip.

Carefully replace the lamp.

Remove the screws from the cover.
(b)
Remove the cover from the light.

Remove the lockwire from the lamp receptacle.
(d)
Pull out the lamp.
CAUTION:_______DO NOT TOUCH THE NEW LAMP WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN CAN CAUSE THE LAMP TO BREAK WHEN THE LAMP COMES ON AND BECOMES HOT.
(e)
Install the new lamp. 1) Make sure the new lamp is free from oil, grease, and fingerprints. 2) To hold the lamp, use a cloth or a glove which is clean and
soft. 3) Push the lamp into the lamp receptacle. 4) Attach the lockwire to the lamp receptacle.
(f)
Clean the lens with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
(g)
Install the lens assembly with the screws.
