TROUBLE PROBABLE CAUSE ISOLATION PROCEDURE REMEDY
Left (or right) system master caution annunci-ator section is not recalled when annunciator is momentarily pressed Recall and master test functions for both master caution annunci-ators inoperative System module logic or system master caution annunciator inoperative Short to ground in a master caution annunci-ator recall switch, or master test relay (R33), or system wiring Observe which system indi-cator lights are illumi-nated on P5 modules. Momentarily press left (or right) system master Using system wiring dia-grams, isolate short to component or wiring caution annunciator. Ob-serve corresponding system master caution annunciator sections illuminate. If none illuminate, annunci-ator is faulty. If only one anunciator section does not illuminate, relamp section and retest. If section still does not il-system module is faulty luminate, corresponding Replace system master caution annunciator. Relamp annunci-ator. Replace system module Replace compo-nent (master caution annunci-ator module or master test relay) or repair wiring as appli-cable

3. Master Dim and Test Trouble Shooting Chart
TROUBLE PROBABLE CAUSE ISOLATION PROCEDURE REMEDY
System indicator Burned out bulb Hold LIGHTS switch to TEST. Relamp system

through each relay to isolate faulty relay (Refer to Wiring Diagram Manual for specific circuits) Conduct continuity check master dim relay R87
All lights do not LIGHTS switch Hold LIGHTS switch to TEST. Replace LIGHTS
illuminate when S270 inoperative If lights do not illumi- switch S270
LIGHTS switch nate, switch is faulty
held to TEST
Group of lights Open zener diode Position LIGHTS switch to Replace either
go off when DIM. Observe which lights M207,M208,M209,
LIGHTS switch go off. Check continuity M210 or M394
positioned to DIM of zener diodes M207,M208, M209,M210 and M394 in load control center P6 to iso-late faulty zener diode. (Refer to Wiring Diagram Manual to check lights on specific zener diode circuit)

(1) Pilot's Autopilot Disengage Light Copilot's Autopilot Disengage Light Master Caution Lights and Annunciators Antiskid Light (2) (3) (4) When LIGHTS switch is held to TEST position, if one of following sys-tem indicator lights does not illuminate: Open transistor-diode dimming circuit in M469 annunciator and dimming Relamp system indicator light. Hold LIGHTS switch to TEST. If light is still inoperative, annunciation and dimming module is faulty Replace M469 annunciation and dimming module
