D. AIRPLANES WITH LAVATORY CALL RESET SWITCHES; You can push the lavatory call reset switch, located on the outside of the lavatory, to make the call light and chime go off.
3. Passenger Call Lights_____________________
A. There is a call switch on each passenger service unit (PSU) (AMM 25-23-00/001). The passenger pushes the switch to make a call.

On the inner side of each PSU, there is a select switch. This switch controls which call light will come on when a passenger pushes the call switch.
(2)
Each call light is installed on or near the ceiling. When a call light comes on, it identifies the location of the passenger who needs aid.
B. When a passenger call switch is pushed, then a passenger call light and chime come on. The call light is supplied 28 volts dc is supplied from the No. 1 bus. The passenger address amplifier operates on the same electrical power to make the chime sound (AMM 23-31-00/001).
C. You can push the call switch again to make the call light and chime go off. You can also make the call light and chime go off from the attendant's station.

A. This procedure has these tasks:

There is a switch for the passenger call light on each passenger service unit (PSU). To replace this switch, you replace the PSU circuit board (AMM 33-23-00/201).

(1)
Do one of these steps to remove electrical power from the call light:
(a)
Set the call switch to the off position and attach a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(b)
Open each applicable circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag: 1) On the load control center panel, P18.
(2)
Remove the lens.
(3)
Carefully replace the lamp.

Remove each DO-NOT-OPERATE or DO-NOT-CLOSE tag.
(a) Close each circuit breaker that was opened.

(a) Make sure the new lamp comes on correctly.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary.
