C. Procedure

(1) Install the pilot's control panel on the overhead panel, P5.
NOTE: Keep a record of the time that the emergency lights are on.

(a) Remove the jumper wires from the electrical connector.
NOTE: The emergency lights will come on automatically.

(b)
Quickly connect the electrical connector. 1) Make sure all the emergency lights are off.
(c)
Hold the pilot's control panel in its position and install its fasteners.

(2) Do an operational test of the pilot's control panel (AMM 33-51-02/501).

(b) Disconnect the electrical connector at the rear of the aft attendant's panel.
NOTE: The emergency lights will come on automatically.

(c) Quickly install a jumper wire between pins 11 and 12 of the electrical connector (WDM 33-51-11).
NOTE: This temporary change to the circuit will keep the
____ emergency lights off.
1) Make sure all the emergency lights are off.
