Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Remove each DO-NOT-OPERATE or DO-NOT-CLOSE tag.
(a) Close each circuit breaker that was opened.

(3) Set the switch to the on position.
(a) Make sure the new lamp comes on correctly.

Set the switch to the usual position.

(5)
Close the light assembly.
(a)
Lift the light assembly and connect the short lanyard.
(b)
Lift the light assembly into its position and close the latch.

(6) Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

At the attendant's panel, set each switch for the entry, threshold, and attendant's work lights to the on or dim position.
(a) Make sure each entry, threshold, and attendant's work light comes on correctly.

(3) For each switch with a bright position, set the switch to the bright position.
(a) Make sure each light connected to the switch becomes bright.

(4) Set each switch to the off position.
(a) Make sure each light goes off.

(2) S 862-012Extend the airstairs to approximately 1/2 of their full extension (AMM 52-61-10/201).
NOTE:____ The airstair lights will not come on if the airstairs are fully retracted.
(3) S 862-013At the attendant's airstairs panel, P29, set the switch for the airstair lights to the on position. (a) Make sure the airstair lights come on.
(4) S 862-014Set the switch to the off position. (a) Make sure the airstair lights go off.
(5) S 862-015Set the switch to the automatic position.
(6) S 862-016Fully extend the airstairs. (a) Make sure the airstair lights come on automatically when the airstairs are fully extended.
