(2) For the applicable generator, open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag. (a) P180-1 Power Distribution Panel 1) 180L1 AGCU 1 2) 180M1 AGCU 2

(3) Open the latches on the APU access doors.

(4) Open the APU access doors (317AL, 318AR).

(5) Engage the door support rods.

(6) Disconnect the electrical connectors (1, 25 or 10, 14) from the generator (2 or 11).

(7) Remove the phase leads (12 or 13) from the generator terminal studs. (a) Remove the terminal block cover (16) from the generator (2 or 11). (b) Put phase identification tags on the phase leads. (c) Remove the terminal nuts (17) and washers (19) that attach the phase leads to the generator terminal studs. (d) Remove the phase lead terminal lugs from the generator terminal studs.
(e) Install the nuts (17) and washers (19) on the generator terminal studs.
(f) (g) Tighten the nuts (17) with your hand.Install the terminal block cover (16) on the generator (2 or 11).

(8) Install caps on all electrical connectors.

(9) To remove the air exhaust duct (3) from APU generator, G3 (2), do these steps: (a) Remove the screws (23), washers (22) and nuts (21) from the clamp (24). (b) Remove the nut (27) and spacer (26) from the air exhaust duct clamp. (c) Remove the air exhaust duct (3).
