Turn the applicable engine(s) off (AMM 71-00-00/201).

Make sure that the DRIVE lights on the DRIVE DISC 1, 2, 3, and 4 switches are on.
NOTE: Most of the switches and lights you must use are on the
____ P5 overhead panel. Other panels you must use will be identified in the procedure.

(3) Make sure that the OFF lights on the GEN CONT 1, 2, 3, and 4 switches are on.

Set the STANDBY POWER switch to OFF. S 862-114
THE APU WILL NOT START IF THE APU BATTERY IS DISCHARGED.

Set the BATTERY switch to OFF.
CAUTION:_______ THE BATTERY SWITCH MUST BE OFF WHEN ELECTRICAL POWER IS REMOVED
FROM THE AIRPLANE. IF THE BATTERY SWITCH IS ON WITH NO AC
POWER ON THE AIRPLANE, THE BATTERIES CAN BECOME DISCHARGED.

1. General_______
A. This procedure has three tasks. The first task is a removal of the control module (M7307) for the electrical system. The second task is an installation of the control module. The third task is an operational test of the control module.
B. The control module is installed in the P5 panel.

Make sure the BATTERY switch, on the P5 panel, is set to OFF.
