(b) Make sure the torque is 120-130 pound-inches.
1) If the torque is less than 120 pound-inches, do these steps: a) Tighten the tension bolt to 120-130 pound-inches. b) Hit the QAD ring lightly with a soft mallet. c) Measure the bolt torque. d) If the torque is less than 120 pound-inches, tighten
the bolt to 120-130 pound-inches. e) Do steps B) through D) until the measured torque does not decrease. f) Tighten the bolt to 120-130 pound-inches.
