(1)
Remove the caps on the electrical connector and the tube.

(2)
Install the pressure switch.
(a)
Put the switch in its position on the bracket, with the electrical connector aft.
(b)
Lubricate the threads of the two bolts (that attach the pressure switch to the bracket) with engine oil.
(c)
Install the bolts.
(d)
Tighten the bolts to 36-40 pound-inches (4.0-4.5 N.m).

Connect the tube to the pressure switch.
(a)
Lubricate the adapter threads on the tube coupling nut with antigalling compound.
(b)
Connect the coupling nut on the tube to the pressure switch.
(c)
Tighten the coupling nut to 65-75 pound-inches (4.0-4.5 N.m).
(d)
Install lockwire on the coupling nut.

Connect the electrical connector DS1611 to the switch.
(5)
Install the No. 1 fan-exit liner segment (Ref 72-34-03/401).
(6)
Close the right thrust reverser half (Ref 78-31-00/201).

A. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
The removal of the terminal block assembly from the integrated drive generator (IDG).
(2)
The installation of the terminal block assembly on the integrated drive generator (IDG).
B.
Use this procedure to replace the terminal block cover, screws, washers, nuts, and terminal block.

Remove the screws, washers, and terminal block cover.
