Install the ECS Freighter card in the M7603 forward electrical systems card file.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE identifier and close this P6 panel circuit breaker:
(a) 6E34, A/C CONT CARGO - PCA

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Do this ground test on any CMC CDU (AMM 21-28-00/501):
(a)
Select GROUND TEST on the CMC CDU.
(b)
Select chapter 21 AIR CONDITIONING.
(c)
Select SHUTOFF / DUMP VLV.
(d)
Make sure NO TEST RESPONSE does not show on the CMC CDU.
(e)
Make sure IN PROGRESS is shown on the CMC CDU.
(f)
Make sure PASS is shown on the CMC CDU.

(5) Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary
(AMM 24-22-00/201).

AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT CONDITIONED AIR CHECK VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure gives instructions to remove and install the aft cargo compartment conditioned air check valve. To get access to the check valve, you must go through the forward right sidewall lining in the aft cargo compartment.

Depressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).

Make sure you turn all three pack select switches to OFF and attach a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag on the switches.

Open the aft cargo compartment door.

(4)
Remove the right sidewall lining at the forward end of the aft cargo compartment to get access to the check valve (AMM 25-52-01/401).
(5)
Remove the coupling and the clamp from two sides of the check valve.
(6)
Remove the check valve from the sleeve.
(7)
Put a covers on the ducts to keep out unwanted materials.
