 (3)  Remove the sidewall lining from the area immediately forward of the flapper valve screen in the aft left corner of the bulk cargo compartment (AMM 25-55-02/401).
 D.  Remove the Fan

Remove the electrical connector, DB8291, from the fan.

 (2)  
Remove the clamps from each end of the fan.

 (3)  
Pull the flex duct from the forward end of the fan.

Pull the rubber sleeve and the inlet screen/check valve assembly from the aft end of the fan.

Remove the nuts, bolts, and washers from the lug at the top of the fan.

Remove the nuts, bolts, and washers from the lug at the bottom of the fan.

Remove the fan.

 (1)  Remove the cover from the duct opening.
 (a) Make sure there is no unwanted material in the duct.

Hold the fan in position with the flow arrow pointed forward and install the bolts, nuts and washers on the lug at the bottom of the fan.

Install the nuts, bolts, and washers on the lug at the top of the fan.

Install the inlet screen/check valve assembly with the sleeve on the aft end of the fan.

Pull the flex duct onto the forward end of the fan.

Install the clamps on both ends of the fan.

Install the electrical connector, DB8291, onto the fan.
