 CONDITIONED AIR CHECK VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  There are two tasks in this procedure. There is one task for the removal and one task for the installation of a conditioned air check valve. The procedure has these parts:
 (1)  
The installation of the landing gear ground locks and door locks

 (2)  
The removal of the floor panels to get to the valve

 (3)  
The removal of the conditioned air check valve

 (4)  
The installation of the conditioned air check valve

 (5)  
An inspection of the valve installation for air leaks.

 B.  There is a conditioned air check valve for each of the three air conditioning packs. The check valves are installed on the forward bulkhead of the wing gear wheel well.
 C.  The removal and installation procedure is the same for all three check valves.
 D.  Access to the check valves is through a main deck floor panel and the wing gear wheel well.
