Remove the access panel from the aft bulkhead of the bulk cargo compartment to get access to the outflow valves.

The AC motor electrical connector for the left valve - DV91A
(b)
The AC motor electrical connector for the right valve - DV90A.

(2) S 644-024Fill the teeth of the ac motor output pinion with Mobil Grease No. 28, or the equivalent.
(3) S 824-010Turn the valve actuator output lever in a counterclockwise direction until it is against its stop at the open position.

CAUTION:_______MAKE SURE THE KEY IS INSTALLED AND ALIGNED CORRECTLY. IF THE KEY IS MISSING OR NOT ALIGNED CORRECTLY, THE GEAR SHAFT MAY DAMAGE THE GEARBOX.
(4) AIRPLANES INSTALLING MPC AC MOTORS PRE-SB 21-193 (HAMILTON STANDARD), AND HAROWE/AEROFLEX AC MOTORS: Make sure the key and the pin are installed in the coverplate slot.
NOTE: MPC ac motors post-SB 21-193 (Hamilton Standard) do not
____ require the coverplate or slotted key.

(5) Put the AC motor in its position on the actuator housing and install the washers and bolts. Tighten the bolts to 10-15 inch-pounds (1.1 to 1.7 Newton-meters) above the run-on torque.
